PARABLES Mystery Introduction
Thank you for taking a leap of faith and joining us on our latest quilting faith journey. Parables pattern series will include (41) block patterns, (12) alternative project setting patterns and the finished quilt setting. The series is appropriate for confident beginners and more seasoned quilters.
We may not be able to reveal the finished quilt design, but we can help you with your project fabric selection.

Block 1. Jesus, the Teacher
28"x38" Block 1: Jesus, the Teacher is, undoubtedly, the most challenging "block" in the PARABLES pattern series. It is not a difficult block to construct, but has 16 different fabrics and can be taxing to organize. In our quilt along zoom session, Teresa will provide several ideas and suggestions for keeping your project organized and fabrics in their proper place.
The pattern has been properly tested by several Quilters of Faith volunteers. Their ideas and suggestions were incorporated in the pattern found here. If you have suggestions for any further improvements, please email teresa@stitchintree.com.

Join us for the ZOOM Quilt Along
We are hosting a ZOOM quilt along session from 10am-11am Central Standard Time. During this first session, Teresa will introduce the pattern series & fabric requirements, go over fabric selection for Block 1, and review tips and tricks for keeping Block 1 organized. Teresa will log on at 9:45 am for those who are new to ZOOM and want to test their connection/feed.

Get the Step-By-Step Instruction Video on YouTube
We have created a step-by-step instructional video for this block. We will be recording the Zoom quilt along session as well. Once the zoom session is complete, we will edit the instructional video to include segments from the zoom session. The final instructional video will be posted in the next 48 hours. We will send an email to you when the final instructional video is posted.
