Covid Tribute Quilt Update

We're on the home stretch.  We had a small group online today.  I think possibly some were confused by the new link that I sent for the Setting Zoom, 10/29, because as we closed out today, I had a few waiting in a waiting room for the 10/29 Zoom session.  

I will be working on individual videos for blocks 7-8-9 and (2) alternate blocks, as well as the king-size setting pattern.  I will also edit and release the video from today.

I have pattern testers coming Wednesday, and we will focus on the other 2 setting patterns.  I will get your customized patterns to you as soon as we've tested them.

2.  Your setting pattern for the king-size quilt is in your shared Google folder.  You are welcome to release it to your quilters now.

After I disclose the setting pattern(s), I will be sending an email out to all of my quilt customers who are NOT part of the quilt along.  This will be my first marketing funnel that is POST quilt along.  I will share the email with you and encourage you to consider using this method or other similar methods to help you to continue to sell the pattern over and over again.  You can also make kits or put together fabric bundles for the quilt.  Our marketing efforts will be most effective in the 30-60 days following the quilt along when images of blocks and complete quilts are fresh and new.  

Late in November, I will be opening the COVID quilt to other quilt shops, so now is the time for you to get the jump on them in your marketing efforts.  If you have any questions, let me know. I'm happy to help.

Take pics and videos of your progress on your shop quilt.  Share your own stories.  Instagram, Facebook and Twitter your stories and share to the group Facebook page.  If you have good ideas you want to share with the other shops who are participating, send them to me and I'll pass them along.
