COVID Friends Tribute Quilt Pattern Preview - Row 2

Are you ready for COVID Friends Tribute Quilt Row 2?

Monday, 9/21, we will host the quilt along for the blocks for Row 2.  I can't wait to see your show and tell!  If you're anxious to get started on Row 2 blocks, we've attached the pattern previews below.  The full patterns will be emailed to you on Sunday.  What's the difference?  The full patterns include a feature article on the first page and a place for your personal reflection on the last page.  

The pattern previews, below, have been pattern-tested so are ready to go.  During the quilt along, I will discuss fabric selection and construction tips and tricks.  I will record the quilt along and post it next week.  I will be making a few changes this month when I post.  I will post the videos for each block SEPARATELY, allowing you to pick and choose the videos you want to watch without having to download an hour long video.

Row 2 has TWO alternate blocks for the third block.  The third block features LIFE, INTERRUPTED.  You can choose the block that will best reflect how your life has been interrupted by COVID -- the birth of a baby, a cancelled graduation, or revised wedding plans. Check out these pattern previews:

Second Fabric Exchange in the mail next week.
The customer service queens had their hands full again.  We've opened a second round of fabric exchange.  The bundles will be out in the mail in the next 7-10 days.

Quilt Along September 21

The COVID-19 global pandemic has forever changed the face and heart of our EARTH.  Without discrimination, COVID has destroyed millions of lives and livelihoods.Quilters around the world have rushed into action to construct face masks, gowns, caps and other protective gear. At a time when we want to gather together, we are encouraged (and sometimes ordered) to stay apart.
