Memories from high school, college, vacations, hobbies and interests can be captured in a T-shirt wall hanging, quilt or pillow.  All T-Shirt Quilts are constructed with 100% quilter’s cotton fabric, durable polyester batting, and T-shirt stabilizers. Pricing includes all materials, fabric, custom machine quilting and binding.  Quality is the highest priority at Stitchin’ Tree.  All quilts are professionally machine quilted for durability.

Additional Charges

 

Adjustments to a shirt.  This includes, but is not limited to: sleeve designs added to body of a shirt, tank tops made into full squares, and several shirts or other items combined into one square. $10.00 each

 

Printed cotton backing. The quilts come standard with a solid color cotton backing that coordinates with the quilt top.  For an additional charge, you can choose have printed backing fabric to match the top. Price varies with size.

 

Custom label on back of the quilt.  Write a personal message and we will print it on fabric for a lasting label. $15.00

 

Add a photo to the quilt top.  We can scan your photo and add it to any quilt block. $15.00

 
 		  

Seasoned quilter Nancy Watts, pieces each T-shirt Quilt according to customer specifications.  Customers are encouraged to make fabric choices.  We are happy to make suggestions, if the customer wishes. 

When considering fabric choices, customers should NOT try to match the t-shirts, rather, they should think about the recipient's favorite colors or room colors.

Each t-shirt quilt is quilted with Quilter's Dream Polyester batting to reduce shrinkage.  A variety of quilting designs are available.  YLI Monofilament thread is used in quilting.  Each t-shirt quilt is finished with quality hand-stitched binding by store owner, Teresa Coenen.
The timeline for a completed T-shirt quilt is typically 6-8 weeks.  Because of high volume, Christmas and Graduaiton quilts must be ordered 12 weeks in advance.
